This is an amazing way to receive this powerful education from experienced practitioner, pregnancy yoga teacher and doula Alana Kilpatrick all from the comfort of your own home.

Across 4 consecutive Wednesdays from 6-8:30/ 9pm you will gain access to wisdom that will set you on your way to your own empowered birth experience. Recommended to do between 20-33 weeks in pregnancy and accessible outside of this as well. You will be posted all your course content prior to the start date and gain access to a library of meditations, hypnosis tracks and online resources. You will also have ongoing support with Alana up until your birth.
