This little immersive Metreat is for the postnatal Mumma with babies up to three years of age in Weipa, Cape York. Somewhere where you can come and sink into yoga and meditation and free your body from tension.

This Metreat is focused on self care & nervous system health from experienced Mum, childbirth educator and birth and Post partum Doula Alana.

We will talk about Matresence and the history of Motherhood and where it's gone so wrong, tools to sleep better, nervous system practices, parenting and also share some interesting talks preparing for Post partum success.
