This little immersive Metreat is for expectant Mummas of Weipa, Cape York. Somewhere where they can come and sink into yoga and meditation and free their bodies from tension.

This Metreat is focused on self care for the expectant Mum but will also hone in on some childbirth education from experienced Hypnobirthing practitioner, childbirth educator and birth and Post partum Doula Alana.

We will talk about brief tools to navigate the journey of labour, nervous system practices to ride the wave of pregnancy, birth and parenting and also share some interesting talks on birth culture and preparing for Post partum success.
