My milkshake brings all the prolactin down & damn right it’s as good as yours, damn right you got the goodness too I can teach you but I don’t need too!
Whaaaaat! I’m breastfeed rapping
But seriously I don’t need to teach you because this is all instinctively happening in the background anyway!
But just because it amazes me I care to pass it onto you as well~ each time my son comes to my breast my body gets a rush of prolactin (mother hormone), oxytocin (love hormone) & endorphins this creates a loving bond between mother & child & the reason why so many woman cherish this time with there beautiful babies.
Our bodies got the goods & we receive the rush.
The oxytocin & endorphin production can be beneficial in times where we are flat & can help us to keep loving our babies.. & yes with fatigue, new mum demands, crazy adjusting after birth things can be demanding!
Keep listening & when you here any negative visitors in the mind through thought sneak in pay attention.
Feel them, thank them for their message & try & catch them before they develop too strongly & lead to overwhelm. – Lean on your family, a friend, try & sneak some cheeky naps.
Forgive yourself, you are doing your best & you are amazing, whatever your internal stream
